Our story
Essorabi began as a late-night spreadsheet and a borrowed sample roaster — a stubborn belief that coffee could feel as considered as a magazine spread and as honest as a neighborhood roastery.
Today we roast in small batches, publish tasting notes like editors, and treat every bag as an invitation to slow down — even if just for one sip.
